When someone (or somewhere) uses phrases like
– top skills
– top books
–top programming languages
– top …
in a context (Data Mining, Machine Learning, BigData), he/she/it may biased, because of supernumerary-actors. For example, any cs/ce freshman learn Python/Java/C. So it is clear that when you use “Programming communtiy size” as an indicator, Python will stand at the top. On starting a career, look for the standard paths (not top skills). Edit or delete it, then start writing!
